few channels high minibar prices
the tv in the room, it had so few channels. the selection were limited and made relaxing difficult. also, the minibar prices felt quite high. i know hotel minibars often are, but these felt especially expensive. a better value would.

quick staff super clean room awesome buffet perfect location
the staff are so quick with requests, they really are amazing. the room was cleaned daily and was super clean, super super clean. the breakfast buffet is awesome and has so many choices. the location is perfect, very close to everything!
the tv channels selection is not very good, but i do not watch tv very much anyway.

All staff members looked very friendly and warm . The facilities presented in great condition, with staff maintaining grounds well and ensuring security. The breakfast buffet featured sensational choices. The selection provided many options. The pool was really nice!

friendly staff excellent gym hard pillows unclean carpet
the staff was very friendly and helpful, a real plus. i also found the gym to be excellent with equipment for various workouts.
The pillows were too hard for me and caused some discomfort. also, the carpet in the room definitely needed a deep clean. It looked quite worn.

the staff were acceptable.
the pillows felt rock hard and the carpet in the room really needed cleaning. there wasn't a shower door so water spread all over the bathroom floor, we had to be careful.
